This one's just for us dogs!

My name is Hero.
My Mom rescued me when I was found wandering around in the countryside during the wintertime. Someone called my Mom to tell her that a "strange dog" (that's what they called ME!) had been hanging around their house for three weeks and asked if my Mom would take it. Of course, she said "Of course!" Mom runs
"Bluff Country Canine Rescue" and she helps dogs that don't have homes find really GOOD homes where the people love them and take excellent care of them, and they get to live IN THE HOUSE and everything! Since I was brought to the Rescue, Mom had to pay the "Adoption" fee so that she could keep me forever. She says that I was worth every cent!
Because I am such a NICE dog, I let the other dogs that Mom has rescued talk on MY BLOG once in a while.
I hope you'll stop by often and leave a comment so I know that you visited!

Monday ~ where-in CRICKET gets a little Mischievous!

OK
So it was actually on Sunday that Cricket did this.
I tend to run about a day behind on here.

Ya see,  yesterday Cricket went and visited with a family that might want to ADOPT her!
I guess they have two LITTLE humans and Mom didn't know if Cricket would be comfortable around kids or not.

I guess Cricket did pretty good because Mom said that she wasn't afraid of the kids or anything!
They had a good time playing outside with BUBBLES!

Cricket and Savannah even played CHASE!

Look how Cricket's ears bounced straight up in the air when she was running!  Mom says she looks like a GERMAN SHEPHERD with her ears up!

I guess Cricket WAS a little bit mischievous, in the house, cuz she kept wanting to pick up the kids balls (EVEN SOCCER BALLS!) in her mouth.  Mom said she was real good about not picking them up if someone told her "No", but if they didn't SEE her pick it up, she wasn't about to let it go!
That definitely counts as Mischief!
Way to go Cricket!!

Cricket is looking up on the cupboard because that's where Savannah put the ball that she couldn't have.  Look how nicely Savannah is untangling Cricket's leash.  She must be a very nice little girl!

Mom says that she thinks Cricket and Savannah might grow to be very special friends...

I think that would be awesome for BOTH of them!

P.S.  If you'd like to see a really cute VIDEO of Savannah and her little brother, Zander, playing with bubbles with Cricket, check out my Mom's Blog over at The Shepherd's Voice...

Have a Happy Monday!

XOXO

HERO
